Most of Evente's reports are interactive,
meaning Evente generates them based on choices you make. Here
you see a
report
of responses by all supplier to an RFQ, ranking them by their
total bids for all five line items in the RFQ.
Here you can quickly see that Suppliers differed in their bids
for a specific line item. One is cheaper for the first line
item,
while
another offers the best price for the second line item.
This report lets you review how cost-effectively you or
your employers have managed your buying.
Using this information,
you can see if it would have been better
to issue your order to one Supplier with the lowest overall
price (including shipping,
tax and other costs) or to have
ordered one or several items from one Supplier, and other items
from another Supplier. |
