One of the powerful and convenient
features of Evente is that it enables you to 'cherry pick' from
the responses of
several Suppliers, subject to their offer conditions,
awarding portions of your RFQ to those who provided the most
attractive pricing or delivery time for a specific line item.
This matrix, or table, allows you to place an order with one
supplier, simply by selecting 'Add All' at the top of the
column
showing
that Supplier's response.
You can also create several orders from several Suppliers, by
selecting line items, one at a time, from these Suppliers.
After you have made your selections, click the 'Create Order(s)
button at the bottom of the page.
With one click, you can create a single order to one Supplier,
or multiple orders to several Suppliers. |
