If you are placing your Order with a
Company Supplier, check the box next to the Company you select,
or next to the name
of the individual at that Supplier who should receive your
Order.
(Checking the Supplier's company name sends the order to
everyone listed for that Supplier. Checking an individual name
sends the order only to that individual.)
